Adding to World Sound Healing Day, Mary Lydia Ryan has scheduled this self love sound healing experience for you to enjoy.
At noon (PST) on Valentine's Day, February 14th, Mary will be leading a heart opening experience through art and sound.
Please come prepared with:
* water or tea
* candle
* one to three art pens wet enough to bleed lightly through your drawing paper
* drawing paper (does not have to be fancy but can be special for this special occasion)
* additional layer of paper or protection from pen that bleeds through
* colored pencils or crayons or pastels or water color paints - your preference
* chocolate heart or your favorite morsel, bite of a delicious fruit or treat
Mary will lead us through a sound meditation leading into a personalized art - heart connection. This event is free and available live or as a replay (available 24 hours after live event).
Donations up to $15 are gladly accepted but not required.
