Welcome to week one, heart opening with this channeled "Love" chant. Prompt: Sit meditatively to work with this potent transmission, even in its simplicity. When this sound transmission came to me I specifically heard it was to be exactly five minutes long for its deep impact. Notice your body before, then after listening for the first time. Then sing along with the music as frequently as you'd like throughout the week, and at least once, daily, for the full week. Allow yourself to really pull your energy from your solar plexus, up, and over your vocal cords, feeling the flowing love energy as you sing. Following your listening and/ or singing, work with your breath - breathing this energy deeply in and out, allowing for integration into your cells. Journal daily, what you are noticing in your body, your headspace, and especially your heart space as you work with this chant.
